We accept return of the Products purchased by you or replace them, provided they are in good condition, original packaging along with the box, user manuals, and accessories and to be saleable and merchantable.
1- It is not possible to replace or retrieve devices and watches in case of a re-wrapped or open the plastic cover case or product box unless they have a manufacturing Critical defect that is not clear at the time of purchase.
2- It is not acceptable to retrieve a product that has been used by the customer, and cannot be merchantable.

Any failure or break down of Products: The Warranty does not cover repairs caused by misuse, improper installation, breakage, and spillage of liquids, and other repairs arranged outside the authorized service center.
The warranty period for guaranteed products varies depending on the policy agreed with the product's authorized distributor within or outside Kuwait.
All products have a warranty cover, the warranty period is mentioned in the product description or in the purchase invoice. The customer has the right to see the written warranty in anytime.
Procedures for delivering products differ according to the policy agreed with the authorized distributor inside and outside Kuwait, according to the following:
1- Type 1 - guarantee with the authorized distributors:
Examine and exchanging the product (under guarantee) in the service centers of authorized distributors such as (phones, computers, watches, headsets, and sports fences).H&S Store is not entitled to receive the product from the customer for examining or exchange or send it to the service centers, and the customer should consult the authorized distributors for examination or exchange.
2- Type 2 - guarantee at the H&S Store:
Examine and exchanging the product (under guarantee) in the exhibitions of the H&S Store according to the following procedure:
Firstly, Major Defect, these defects are readily noticeable, the product must exchange immediately if it is available. If not, the customer has the right to choose another product taking into account the price difference or wait until the product becomes available.
Secondly, Critical Defects are the most serious and unnoticeable which must send product for examination, in a period not exceeding 48 hours (depending on product type) from the date of receiving the defected product, the customer will be informed of the result of the examination and necessary action.
